Bookings - Grid and Agenda View
The Bookings page in the ggLeap Admin Panel allows staff to manage reservations across all devicesβPCs and consoles. You can schedule, edit, and track time-based sessions in either a visual Grid View or simplified Agenda View.
π Accessing the Bookings Page
From the left sidebar, click Bookings.
π§± Grid View (Default)
The default view is a calendar-style grid, with:
Device Rows: Each system listed vertically by group (e.g., General Systems, VIP).
Time Columns: Day hours listed across the top.
Booking Blocks: Active reservations shown as labeled blocks (e.g., My Booking).
Current Time Line: A vertical green line indicates the current time.
Clicking an empty time slot opens the New Booking panel.
π Booking Details Panel (Right Side)
Create or edit bookings using the panel on the right:

Devices | Assign by group or manually select specific devices. |
Auto Lock Devices | Locks devices before session starts. |

Click Save to confirm the reservation.
π Agenda View (List Format)
The Agenda View presents a simplified, list-style layout for daily bookings.
π How to Switch to Agenda View
In the top-right corner of the Bookings page, click the list icon next to the grid icon.
π§Ύ Features of Agenda View
Displays each booking as a single row
Shows booking name, time slot, and assigned devices
Includes Filter by booking name and Filter by user search tools
Ideal for front desk staff who need a quick rundown
π Switching Back to Grid View
Click the grid icon to return to the standard calendar layout.
π§ Device Assignment Options
Assign Manually: Manually select specific PCs or consoles.
Use
+or-to assign device counts by group.
β Best Practices
Use Agenda View for quick operational reference during busy hours.
Enable Auto Lock Devices to protect reserved systems.
Include Notes for special instructions (e.g., "Needs gamepad" or "Birthday group").
