Whitelisted Apps Feature

This article explains how to whitelist applications in ggLeap Shell.

  1. In the web admin, navigate to Settings > Client Configuration > Advanced.

  1. Scroll down to the Whitelisted Apps section at the bottom of the Advanced page. Here, you can add the application's process name that you want to whitelist in ggLeap Shell.

  • Startup commands with the trigger types Startup and Logout are automatically whitelisted by ggLeap.

  • Client applications are also automatically whitelisted by the system.

  • Please note that ggLeap will forcefully close specific applications (e.g., Steam, EA App) during user logout.

  • Even if these applications are added to the whitelist, they will still be shut down unless they are properly called through a logout startup command.
