How to link my ggLeap (ggUser) account to other centers

With ggLeap Client Version 2.3838.0.0 or higher, users can now link their accounts from ggLeap client.

As of this writing, there are 4 ways to link a ggUser account:

1. Facebook Login

2. Google Login

3. Apple Login

4. Email Login

Facebook/Google/Apple SSO login

Prerequisites:

• Existing ggLeap account

• Registered email from Facebook/Google/Apple should be the same as the one that is registered from your original ggUser account.

• A phone that can read QR codes with an internet connection is required.

How to link an account using Facebook/Google/Apple:

• Click on Facebook, Google, or Apple Icon

• Scan the QR code using your phone

• After Scanning the code, click on the link that will be presented on your phone

• This will open your phone's default browser and you should see the login screen from Facebook/Google/Apple. 

• Login to your Facebook/Google/Apple account

• Grant Permission to our app

• Once logged in, you may go back to ggLeap client to continue linking your account

• Click on the Link Accounts button

• Fill out all the required fields. Read the Terms of Services and click continue

• Congratulations, your account is now linked.

Email Login

Prerequisites:

• Existing ggLeap account

• If the account was registered using Facebook/Google/Apple, you will set a password to your account

  • Click on can't log in, and enter your email > Reset password

  • Check your email and follow the instructions on how to reset the password

How to link an account using your email

• Login to the client using your existing email and the same password from your existing account.

• Congratulations, your account is now linked.

• Please seek the "help desk" for gaming time.

NOTE:

A user will be unable to link his/her account if the added email was added from the ggLeap client and the user never re-logged in after updating his/her account.
